Default Elementalist Elite Iceforged armor - no headpiece

Hi Guys,

NEeding help with my new Elite Ele armour, i forked out most of my money to get it, and then sat in disbelief when it would allow me to add my hero to the Hall of Monuments.

It was only afterwards that i noticed that the armor set doesnt contain a head piece.

but the wiki does say this armour set can be placed into the hall...

any help would be appreciated.

Location Granite Citadel
Armorer Hagen
Robes Gloves Leggings Shoes

Total cost 60 350

This armor is labeled Granite Citadel Exclusive Armor in the "Resilience" monument in the Hall of Monuments.

The 'crystal' elements of this armour have a glass-like reflective property, and is the main item modifiable by dye application.

Headpieces generally do not get shown in the HoM regardless of your profession, and you should be able to add it if you have the chest, gloves, pants and boots equipped. Hopefully this is what you wanted to know, but if it isn't just let us know.

"A set simply consists of a Top, Gloves, Leggings, and Boots. Headpieces are not needed. " Quoted from the Hall of Monuments page, as I didn't fully understand your problem

"Monuments are activated by using a Monumental Tapestry. The tapestry will then hang on the wall and display an artistic backdrop of the monument's achievements. Once individual submissions have been made, statues will appear in the monument's area depicting the submitted item."

"Monument of Resilience - Elite Armor Sets (Displays 5 at a time.)
- Armor sets must be worn for you to add them to the monument. They must form a complete set (excluding headgear) from a single Elite armor type - no 'blends'.
Armor sets show yourself in the style and the color of the set you wore. It does not show the armor alone, contrary to the wording.
- Armor is shown in the color of the chest piece you wore the last time the monument updated (i.e. you entered the Hall, rearranged the display, or displayed a new set). - Armor using dye from before the dye update will be shown in gray."

Another case of the unofficial wiki being wrong. Armor color is based on the color of the chest peice you wore when entering the hall.

(I'm guessing the problem is a lack of tapestry)

Elementalist elite armors don't have separate headpieces, except for vabbian armor. However, as stated above, you don't need a headpiece to put an elite armor set in your hall of monuments. You do need all 4 other pieces: chest, arms, legs and feet.

You need to add a Monumental Tapestry to the Monument of Resilience first though.

The monumental tapestry would be my best bet too. Make sure your HoM isn't set to account view.

Make sure you have a Tapestry displayed at that section (I'm guessing you do).
Make sure you are wearing all 4 pieces of the Elite Iceforged armor.
Talk to the sign post for the monument, then select to add the armor.

My guess is you are not wearing all 4 pieces of the armor when trying to add it. Having it in your inventory isn't enough.

You either have an incomplete set of the armor (chest, gloves, legs, shoes), don't have the set in your inventory when in your hall, or don't have a tapestry for the Resilience monument.
I'm confused as to what your hero has to do with this.

you also must be wearing the set before you can add it to the monument (the four pieces!)
